No. Every plan is a flat monthly fee for the platform. You add users up to your tier's ceiling without paying more per seat.
Where is my data hosted?
On a VPS in the region of your choice, or on your own infrastructure. Your data never sits in our servers.
Can I bring my own AI provider?
Yes. SmarterClaw and SmarterChat work with local models (Ollama, LM Studio) or OpenRouter — you control the cost and the vendor.
What happens if I outgrow a plan?
